Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• 2D and 3D mechanical drawings.
• Oversee the outsourcing, mold creation, and mold testing processes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during mass production.
• Collaborate with tooling providers to ensure parts meet client standards for tolerances, surface finish, color, gloss, and texture.
• Mentor and train junior colleagues to strengthen the team.
• Coordinate product production, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead trial production evaluations and implement design changes.
• Manage product development design and address any issues that arise during large-scale production.
• Evaluate mold opening feasibility and review DFM reports.
• Maintain quality system documentation and project-related records.
• Create and manage technical documents for product engineering.
• Help define quality standards for the mechanical parts we design and manufacture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong written English skills.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software: INVENTOR, SolidWorks ,AutoCAD
• 5 years work experience above
