Senior Technical Product Manager

Summary

An international technology company is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of its next-generation embedded computing platform for government and mission-critical applications. 

This role will own the product roadmap for a complex system combining high-performance computing, RF capabilities, hardware acceleration, and embedded software. The ideal candidate has a strong R&D background, remains technically hands-on, and can translate customer needs into clear product and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, technical requirements, and release plans for the core platform and its expansion modules. 

• Translate customer, market, and field feedback into clear system requirements and product priorities. 

• Maintain a scalable modular architecture and ensure new capabilities integrate effectively into the overall platform. 

• Drive execution across hardware, RF/SDR, embedded firmware, AI software, and system engineering teams. 

• Evaluate system-level trade-offs across technical performance, product scope, cost, schedule, and manufacturability. 

• Coordinate suppliers, long-lead components, prototype builds, product testing, and the transition into production. 

• Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and external partners to support technical validation and deployment readiness. 

• Contribute to the roadmap and early definition of future RF, edge-computing, and intelligent embedded products. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 

• 10+ years of experience in hardware, embedded systems, RF systems, FPGA/SoC platforms, or other complex technology products. 

• Working knowledge of SDR and RF systems, embedded platforms, MCUs, embedded Linux, firmware, and hardware development cycles. 

• Proven experience taking a hardware or embedded product from concept and prototype through validation and production. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and make product decisions based on clear technical reasoning. 

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements. 

• Fluent written and spoken English is required for collaboration with global teams and customers. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with FPGA/SoC-based platforms, hardware acceleration, high-speed data processing, or advanced computing architectures. 

• Experience with aerospace, autonomous systems, communications, navigation, defense, or other high-reliability products.
