
Summary
A global sales role responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key accounts/projects across regions. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with HQ and regional teams, focusing on strategic account development, business forecasting, and international market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and market objectives
- Own sales quota, revenue delivery, and business forecasting across assigned markets
- Develop and win key accounts/projects in collaboration with regional offices and HQ teams
- Drive global projects and coordinate execution with cross-regional stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SI partners and channel ecosystem
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy and positioning
- Collaborate with HQ functions to align on product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in target regions
- Provide regular pipeline visibility and performance updates to management
- Travel internationally to engage customers and drive business development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, International Trade, or related fields
- Fluent in English, intermediate level or above in Eastern European languages preferred.
- Experience in computer-related industries.
- Proven experience in SI and channel partner management
- Strong communication skills, high EQ, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and open to dynamic work assignments and challenges
- Willingness to travel internationally and independently manage customer engagements
