Project Manager

Summary

A global B2B service provider delivering technical and project-based solutions across APAC. The Taiwan team works closely with regional stakeholders to support local customers and business growth. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating project schedules, resources, manpower, and deliverables across different sites. 

• Act as the key point of contact between customers, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and overall performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues. 

• Manage project budgets, costs, quotations, and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial targets. 

• Lead project teams on-site when required and ensure alignment across different project locations. 

• Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and cost analysis to management and regional stakeholders. 

Requirements

• 5 years or above of experience in Project Management, Site Management, or Operations Management, preferably in technical services, engineering, industrial, or project-based businesses. 

• Proven experience managing multiple projects / sites simultaneously with strong coordination and execution skills. 

• Solid experience in project cost control, budgeting, resource planning, and schedule management. 

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. 

• Willingness to travel frequently to different project sites based on business needs.
