Responsibilities|
- Responsible for business development and expansion with mid-to-large-scale clients, exploring potential market needs.
- Conduct regular visits to mid-to-large-scale clients, building and maintaining strong, stable customer relationships.
- Understand key client needs and successfully recommend comprehensive engineering design solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to maintain existing client relationships and increase recurring service revenue.
- Lead business promotion efforts, plan and organize market activities, and communicate key company messages, events, and product information.
Requirements|
- Good record in sales and customer maintenance.
- Familiar and experience with Taiwan’s manufacturing market, including knowledge of OEM/ODM.
- A commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to adapt to challenging tasks, handle pressure, and work towards goal achievement.
- Enthusiastic, willing to take on challenges, and possess strong team spirit with good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong self-management skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to plan and execute business strategies effectively.
