SUMMARY

Alarm.com is offering an exciting Summer Internship Program for motivated students interested in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to real production environments, cross-functional collaboration, and industry-standard processes.

No prior working experience is required. Outstanding interns may be offered full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating manufacturing and product development projects for consumer electronics
• Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and status reporting
• Help prepare project documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Communicate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Assist in tracking risks, issues, and action items to support on-time delivery

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management
• Minimum TOEIC score of 800
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong interest in project coordination and stakeholder communication
