Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and establish strong partnerships with key decision-makers with the client.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, talent demands, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, provide expert insights, and tailor recruitment solutions to match business objectives.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue and expand market share.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and marketing teams to ensure seamless client service and delivery of talent solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management, preferably in technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector, including emerging trends and hiring challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business strategies.
