Summary
A fast-growing company in the micro-mobility and electric vehicle sector is seeking a technically skilled and customer-oriented After-Sales Manager to lead post-purchase service operations for our growing electric mobility business. This role will oversee dealer support, warranty management, and service training, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will bridge technical expertise with business operations to strengthen brand loyalty and enhance the overall ownership experience of our vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement after-sales service strategies, including warranty, parts, and technical support policies.
- Provide direct technical assistance to dealers and service partners on diagnostics and repairs.
- Manage warranty claim processes and ensure timely resolution.
- Design and deliver training programs and technical materials for service technicians.
- Collaborate with product and quality teams to provide feedback and improve product reliability.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure optimal parts availability.
- Monitor service data, identify recurring issues, and propose preventive measures.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in after-sales or technical service, ideally in automotive, powersports, or EV sectors.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with hands-on mechanical/electrical knowledge.
- Experience in training, documentation, or dealer service support preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
