BMS Tech lead

Summary

Lead the development of Battery Management System (BMS) solutions for global four-wheel EV and overseas market applications.

Ideal candidate has strong embedded firmware background with system-level leadership experience in energy, EV, or power electronics domains.

Responsibilities

• Establish development processes, technical roadmap, and execution structure.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Product, and Operations teams.
• Drive system architecture covering power distribution, battery integration, charging, and telemetry.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept, validation, to commercialization.
• Lead engineering execution for customer programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and suppliers for production readiness and scalability.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and engineering process maturity.
• Support compliance with automotive, energy, and industrial standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering efficiency and product reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in EE, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in BMS, EV, power electronics, or embedded system development.
• Drive long-term growth in global EV and energy management business opportunities.
