Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the APAC channel sales strategy to accelerate business growth through strategic channel partners and distributors
- Manage and expand relationships with assigned channel partners across APAC, driving sustainable revenue growth and business expansion
- Own channel business planning, sales pipeline management, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews with key channel partners
- Work closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities, develop target accounts, and expand market coverage
- Support channel partners through sales enablement, product training, pricing strategy, and opportunity management
- Collaborate with regional sales, product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure successful channel execution and customer engagement
- Coordinate joint customer activities with channel partners to drive design-in opportunities and accelerate sales cycles
- Monitor channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to maximize business results
- Expand and strengthen the regional channel network across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia
- Represent the company in channel engagements, industry events, and regional business activities
Requirements
- 5 years or above of experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development within semiconductor, embedded software, industrial technology, or cybersecurity industries
- Proven experience managing technology distributors and channel partners across APAC
- Experience working with leading semiconductor or electronics distributors such as WT Microelectronics, WPG Holdings, Macnica, Arrow, Avnet, Future Electronics, or similar organizations is highly preferred
- Experience covering regional channel business across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or Southeast Asia is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of channel sales models, distributor management, channel planning, and sales execution
- Experience working with cross-functional regional teams in an international business environment
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with embedded systems, Industrial IoT, semiconductor is highly preferred
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred. Japanese or Korean language capability is a plus
