Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong, long-term customer relationships with Tier 1 clients in the semiconductor and high-tech sectors.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the local sales and technical support teams to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Taiwan office, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional strategies.
- Manage local budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and coordination with global functions (supply chain, HR, finance, etc.).
- Represent the company in key external engagements and industry associations in Taiwan.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to global leadership for strategy alignment.
- Collaborate closely with regional or global leadership to tailor global initiatives to local needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B industrial sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or country-level role.
- Strong understanding of Taiwan’s semiconductor or precision manufacturing ecosystem.
- Proven track record in sales growth, key account development, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and hands-on management style.
