Responsibilities
- Customer Complaint Handling: Act as the main contact for customer feedback and quality-related complaints from global manufacturing facilities. Ensure timely communication, root cause analysis, and closure of quality issues.
- Quality Data Management: Collect, summarize, and register customer quality information and market data for continuous improvement.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional support, including on-site visits when needed, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective and closed-loop corrective actions.
- Customer Visit & Audit: Regularly visit customers to maintain relationships, understand product performance, and follow up on audit findings and improvement actions.
- Training & Education: Provide product and application-related training to customers, including connector knowledge, application guidance, and operational instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience, with at least 2
years in PCBA or connector manufacturing.
- Familiar with connector/PCBA processes, reliability testing, and quality control systems.
- Skilled in using quality tools (8D, FMEA, Pareto, Fishbone, etc.) to solve practical problems.
- Strong customer communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
