Responsibilities|
- Drive the creation of a strategic vertical market plan for the business unit, incorporating industry insights, customer demands, and competitive analysis.
- Craft and maintain a dynamic product roadmap, focused on delivering timely, innovative solutions that enhance customer value and set the business apart in the market.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with key accounts and strategic alliances, encouraging collaboration and co-development opportunities.
- Utilize ecosystem resources and channels to broaden market access, boost brand recognition, and drive revenue growth.
- Promote knowledge-sharing and best practices within the ecosystem, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Create and implement market-driven strategies for Smart Retail + IPC product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and unique value delivery.
- Spearhead business expansion initiatives, identifying new market segments and channels for growth.
- Work closely with R&D, sales, and production teams to ensure flawless execution of strategies and growth plans.
Requirements|
- At least 10 years of experience in project or product management within smart retail technology or similar industries.
- Proven expertise in managing projects related to POS, Kiosk, IPC, and other smart retail solutions.
- With fluency in English for listening, speaking and writing.
- Prior experience collaborating with international teams and overseeing global projects is a plus.
- Experience in sales team management is a plus.
