Responsibilities｜
- Budget Oversight: Review and consolidate subsidiary budgets, preparing group consolidated budgets, and conducting monthly variance analysis.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements and facilitate the accounting audit process.
- Financial Analysis: Provide and analyze relevant financial and accounting data to support various operational decisions.
- Communication and Fund Management: Liaise with foreign subsidiaries and coordinate funding arrangements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and manage announcements for listed OTC companies.
- Annual Reporting: Prepare the annual report and organize shareholder meetings and board of directors’ sessions.
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for securities authorities.
- Project Support: Assist with other projects and execute tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements｜
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management or relevant field.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with various announcements and filings on the public information observatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as proficiency in office operations.
