Finance Manager

Summary

I’m partnering with a fast-growing technology company, which is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the finance operations of its overseas business. 

Working closely with the Country Director and Group Finance team, this role will lead financial management, business planning, compliance, and process improvement, while providing financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions. 

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end/year-end closing in compliance with local and group requirements. 

• Develop management dashboards and analyze business performance across customers and product lines, including revenue, margin, cost, and profitability. 

• Manage cash flow, credit control, accounts receivable, taxation, and statutory compliance to ensure the financial health of the business. 

• Drive finance process improvement, internal controls, and system enhancements, including ERP, reporting tools, SOPs, and workflow automation. 

• Oversee corporate and operational matters including government grants and incentives, statutory filings, office administration, procurement, and related corporate support. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred. 

• 8–10+ years of relevant finance experience, with solid exposure to finance management and business partnering. 

• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting, and statutory compliance. 

• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, internal controls, and process improvement. 

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; hands-on and comfortable working independently. 

• Experience in technology, cloud, SaaS, or consulting industries is a plus; exposure to IPO preparation, group consolidation, or Power BI is advantageous.
