To support its next phase of overseas growth, we are seeking a finance leader who can combine solid corporate finance expertise with hands-on international tax experience to strengthen the group’s financial structure and ensure worldwide compliance.
This role sits at the center of group-level decision-making, partnering closely with regional teams, business operations, and senior leadership across markets.
Responsibilities
- Group-Level Financial Leadership

- Drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the group.
- Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls as the group expands.
- Improve financial visibility for leadership and provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Oversee the financial governance of regional entities and ensure group-wide consistency.
- Cross-Border Tax Strategy & Compliance
- Design tax-efficient structures to support overseas business models.
- Lead transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance with OECD and local regulations.
- Guide global entities on tax filings, audits, inquiries, and risk management.
- Monitor emerging regulations (e.g., BEPS 2.0, global minimum tax) and propose actions.
- Support international projects such as new market entry, M&A, restructuring, or capital planning.
- Global Collaboration & Strategic Advisory

- Serve as the key finance/tax advisor to business, legal, and internal audit teams.
- Coordinate with overseas finance teams to align standards, reporting, and tax positions.
- Participate in strategic initiatives including system rollouts, governance enhancements, and possible IPO-related preparations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in finance, accounting, or tax.
- Solid international tax experience is highly preferred.
- Background in multinational companies, listed companies, or Big Four is a significant plus.
- Strong financial analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Able to work with ERP/financial systems and improve processes across entities.
- Comfortable collaborating across countries and dealing with complex regulatory environments
