Summary

My Client is a listed company in Taiwan.

They are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead brand new team, to explore new business model.

The ideal candidate will deliver a qualify result base on company, market goal and motivate your founding members at early stage.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for business growth, including business strategic planning, product development, market expansion, client & vendor relationship, coaching key talents and rebuild performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to a team of people
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Software or AIoT industry
• Experience in new business model improvement or business owner.
• Proven record in leadership and reframe business strategy.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills.
• Experience in E-commerce domain is a huge plus.
