Summary

This role focuses on managing and expanding strategic global accounts, driving cross-regional alignment, and delivering high-impact client solutions across complex, multinational organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own strategic global accounts, acting as the primary interface with key clients
- Develop and execute enterprise-level account strategies aligned with both client and corporate objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Drive cross-regional collaboration to ensure consistent execution of global account initiatives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to accelerate growth
- Lead the full account lifecycle including strategy planning, opportunity identification, proposal development, and execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product, service) to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor customer KPIs, market trends, and investment priorities to proactively adjust strategies
- Organize and lead executive engagements, business reviews, and strategic account meetings
- Provide regular account insights, risk assessment, and growth recommendations to senior management
- Mentor and coach account team members to strengthen overall team capability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
- 10 years or above of overall business experience, including 3–5 years managing large, complex, or strategic accounts
- Strong experience in global account management or key account leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across regions and functions
- Solid business acumen with strong analytical and financial understanding
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in multinational environments with cross-cultural exposure
- Familiar with contract management and commercial terms & conditions
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
