Summary
We are seeking a highly agile and hands-on Head of Operations to lead end-to-end operations across three dynamic retail brands within our group. This role requires strong operational expertise, logical thinking, and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes including importation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and warehouse operations
- Collaborate closely with global suppliers to monitor shipment schedules and ensure product quality standards
- Optimize inventory levels and warehouse efficiency to balance replenishment speed and cost control
- Retail & Wholesale Operations Support
- Coordinate product distribution and replenishment across retail stores and wholesale partners.
- Work closely with sales and planning teams to support demand forecasting and inventory allocation
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet channel and customer expectations
- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and develop the customer service and operations support teams with a focus on responsiveness and accountability
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments including merchandising, warehouse, finance, and marketing.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to strengthen execution, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities
- Process Optimization & Performance Management
- Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Lead digital tool adoption (e.g., ERP, WMS) to support data-driven operations and automation
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations, tax policies, and internal controls
- Identify and manage risks across supply chain and operational processes to ensure business continuity and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in retail or consumer goods
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with a hands-on and flexible working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
- Proficient in Excel, ERP/WMS tools, and inventory systems
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process-thinking ability
