This role is responsible for implementing training programs, managing talent development initiatives, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about employee growth and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Execute the annual training plan and maintain training records.
- Implement and monitor talent development and quality management system programs.
- Manage and execute government training subsidy programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate industry-academia collaboration projects to foster talent development.
- Support HR projects and assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR-related roles.
- Familiarity with training program design, execution, and evaluation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently.
- Passionate about employee development and continuous learning.
