Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and contracts
- Support daily HR administration (filing, insurance, benefits)
- Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Handle onboarding and offboarding checklists
- Liaise with external HR vendors (insurance, payroll, training)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HR administration experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Able to handle paperwork independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
