Responsibilities|
Payroll & Administration
- Perform attendance management; timely and accurate payroll, Bonus, tax and benefits…, full cycle process & related services.Support HR reporting and analytics
- Execute employee onboarding and off-boarding process; ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining precise HR records to foster a supportive work environment.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to current compliance and labor laws, safeguarding the organization’s integrity and employee rights.
- Facilitate the implementation of the HRIS system, manage critical data efficiently, and generate insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Recruitment
- Collaborate with HRBP to support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, and managing onboarding.
- Actively seek to diversify talent in the market through different recruiting channels.
HR Project
- Participate in other HR projects and initiatives.
- Handle general administrative tasks, e.g., organizing HR-related activities.
Requirements|
- 2 years of C&B experience
- Proactive and enthusiastic learner, be optimistic and detail-oriented person.
- A problem solver, open-minded and good analytical skills.
