Summary
A multinational industrial group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Taiwan office. This role will partner closely with the local GM and regional HR team, driving people initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and cultural development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership team to provide HR consultation and solutions.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor law and company policies.
- Support implementation of regional/global HR projects.
- Contribute to building an engaging and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, with exposure to HRBP or ER responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor law and ability to manage employee relations independently.
- Effective communicator with influence and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English for regional collaboration.
