Summary
A global industrial group is seeking a HRBP to support its Commercial organization across East Asia. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, talent development, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing, multi-country environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as HRBP to Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams across multiple markets
- Partner with leaders on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive engagement, leadership development, and change initiatives
- Support regional HR projects and HR process deployment
- Provide guidance on employee relations and compliance across different countries
- Collaborate with HR Services on hiring, onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle processes
- Support incentive plans and commercial performance initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure
- Experience supporting Commercial / Sales organizations
- Regional / multi-country HR experience in Asia
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence skills
- Fluent English
