Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen the partnership with TSMC and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across customer technical, procurement, and management teams.
- Continuously monitor customer activities, project progress, and industry trends, providing timely updates and insights to both Taiwan operations and global headquarters.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams across sales, technical support, and supply chain to ensure resource alignment and delivery excellence.
- Lead business proposals, contract negotiations, and key project initiatives.
- Track account performance and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and expand business scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 8 years or above of B2B sales or key account management experience, preferably within the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Strong experience working with multinational headquarters and translating local market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with proven ability to collaborate across cultures.
- Highly self-motivated, agile, and capable of driving initiatives in a dynamic environment.
