Listed industrial Comp- Sr. Sales Manager (US)

Worldwide listed company with strong business in industrial application devices and services.

Manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously & strategically.
Responsible for assigned quota.
Work closely with regional office and colleagues.
Work closely and collaborate with different function teams within company as well as factory.
Develop and execute business management plan that drives regional offices include:
- create and maintain of a robust sales pipeline.
- manage forecast for factory material planning.
- achieve sales targets
Analyze business trend of accounts and Program/Catalogue business, include Pricing, config, offering and competitions.
Retained accounts/projects plan.
RFP/RFI tracking.
Develop Business Dashboard to monitor Booking/Shipping KPI, Revenue, GP, Win/Lost Deals, MPS Hit Rate, Pipeline.
Profile Customer Map: buying history, price/config, applications/use cases, etc.
Excellent communication skills and team/people management.
Channel strategy. Proficient in number analysis.
Problem solving skills and patience.

Staying in English speaking countries more than 3 (included) years is a plus
TOEIC 900 or above
10+ years of technology related sales or business/account management experience management programs within a business.
