Responsibilities｜
- Inbound and Customs
- Monitor inbound containers and goods received in warehouse
- Monitor GR and EDI without discrepancy
- Conduct customs declaration for appliances
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Conduct bi-yearly stock count and daily stock discrepancy verification
- Manage consignments and stock transfer
- Coordinate scrap process
- Management of warehouse efficiency, utilization and house keeping
- 3PL Performance Management
- Proceed storage cost and freight invoice verification and payment
- KPI review, monitor LSP damage claims, VAS process and irregularities delivery complaints.
- LSP contract / agreement management
Requirements｜
- At least two years of working experience in warehouse and distribution operation
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Logical thinking
- Familiar with Excel and prior SAP experiences is a plus
