Responsibilities
- Define and execute partner strategy across APAC, aligned with global go-to-market direction
- Develop and expand partner ecosystem across semiconductor, IoT, OEM/ODM, and channel partners
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, ensuring pipeline contribution and deal conversion
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players, including silicon vendors, firmware/platform providers, and system integrators
- Establish co-selling motions and joint go-to-market initiatives with partners
- Own executive-level relationships and lead commercial negotiations, including partnership models and agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive partner success and integration
- Lead partner enablement, performance tracking, and program development (incentives, activation, productivity)
- Identify key industry verticals (e.g., industrial IoT, automotive, infrastructure) and drive ecosystem-led expansion
Requirements
- 10 years or above of experience in partner sales, business development, or alliance management
- Strong background in B2B technology (cybersecurity, IoT, semiconductor, or enterprise software)
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems, ideally within APAC
- Solid understanding of semiconductor / embedded systems / OEM-ODM ecosystem
- Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex deal structuring and negotiations
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
