Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Resource Management
- Develop and execute operational strategies for supply chain, logistics, and customer service functions, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional priorities.
- Allocate and optimize resources across functions to balance operational demands, cost efficiency, and long-term growth.
- Collaborate closely with APAC and corporate teams to align operational practices, share resources, and leverage best practices across regions.
- Identify emerging operational needs and design innovative solutions to ensure scalability and adaptability.
- Team Leadership, Collaboration & Talent Development
- Directly manage SCM and logistics teams to ensure effective procurement, inventory control, goods movement, and delivery performance.
- Provide indirect leadership to the CSR team, ensuring service excellence, order fulfillment, and alignment with supply chain objectives.
- Set clear goals and KPIs, monitor progress, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Develop talent with HR by identifying strengths, addressing skill gaps, and implementing structured training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure seamless communication and coordinated execution.
- Process Optimization, S&OP Implementation & Risk Management
- Lead the planning and implementation of the S&OP process, ensuring integration across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
- Evaluate, design, and improve operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Drive initiatives to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning through effective S&OP practices.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience, including direct management of multi-functional teams (SCM & Logistics) and indirect oversight of other functions (e.g., CSR, Sales Support).
- Proven track record in S&OP planning and implementation, with demonstrated collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Experience in process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Background in organizational change and operational improvement, preferably in mid-sized or multinational organizations.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; proficient in ERP/SCM systems and BI tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).
- Experience in cross-regional or multicultural work environments.
