Responsibilities｜

• Prepare comprehensive tender proposals by meticulously gathering all necessary information and aligning the proposals with project requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to visit customers, thoroughly understand their needs, and effectively present our tailored solutions to generate new projects and opportunities.
• Conduct detailed site visits for tenders to collect essential data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the proposal development process.
• Provide support to the sales team by creating and refining PowerPoint sales decks, enabling effective communication of our solutions to potential clients.
• Monitor and manage the entire tender preparation process, keeping track of progress and ensuring that all deadlines and requirements are consistently met.
• Create detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and prepare comprehensive proposals that clearly outline the scope, cost, and benefits of our project solutions.

Requirements｜

• 5 years or above of work experience with background or degree in IT or Computer Science; however, with degrees in related scientific fields such as Mathematics or Physics are also acceptable.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing tender bidding proposals, showcasing an understanding of the process and requirements.
• Fluent in Chinese is essential, while a business level of proficiency in English is acceptable.
• Relevant experience in the field of video analytics, demonstrating expertise and familiarity with the industry.
• Certifications in Operating Systems (OS) and/or Networking is a plus.
