Procurement Director

Summary

Seeking a senior procurement professional to direct strategic purchasing and vendor oversight for consumer electronics categories supporting a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics network. The role owns category direction, supplier network development, and commercial negotiations, with strong knowledge of supply chain structures in the electronics sector. 

The individual will advance cost reduction, supplier-driven innovation, risk control, and multi-year buying plans that enable operational performance and business expansion. 

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop brands and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement for consumer electronics category.
• Develop procurement roadmaps that support network growth and extended reach.
• Conduct high-value sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Take ownership and achieve procurement goals and set outcomes.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in strategic consumer electronics procurement. 

• Deep understanding of the consumer electronics supply chain ecosystem. 

• Strong commercial judgment, and negotiation capability. 

• Experience with procurement software systems and data analysis tools. 

• Established negotiation track record on complex supplier agreements, with solid grasp of cost drivers and cost modeling.
