Responsibilities
- Good quality knowledge and experience in manufacturing product integration.
- Develop and implements test plans, quality standards, and inspection processes.
- Works with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Oversees reliability, compliance, and regulatory testing (e.g., FCC, CE).
- Drives root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Individua leader in Taiwan, able to drive CM and productivity.
- Able to lead a team, and recruit, train and coach the people.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in engineering, quality or supplier management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic communication skills.
- Technical background is a big plus.
