Production Manager

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is armed with significant decision-making authority. It is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned semiconductor expert to spearhead C-level foundry negotiations, optimize cost structures, and architect a highly resilient global supply chain. 

Responsibilities

• Strategic Foundry Negotiation: Serve as the company’s primary ambassador in high-stakes pricing discussions, driving terms and securing long-term, lucrative partnerships with key global foundries. 

• Global Capacity Architecting: Design and execute robust capacity planning roadmaps, guaranteeing seamless supply continuity to meet dynamic, worldwide market demands. 

• Gross Margin Optimization: Take full command of production strategies and operational cost structures, directly maximizing profitability and elevating the company’s bottom line. 

• Executive Supply Chain Leadership: Formulate and drive top-tier supply chain strategies, working hand-in-hand with the CEO to ensure operational execution perfectly aligns with the company’s broader vision.

• Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of successful negotiation and pricing strategy within the semiconductor ecosystem. 

• Foundry Mastery: Deep, practical understanding of foundry operations, business models, and end-to-end manufacturing workflows. 

• Supply Chain Execution: Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive capacity planning and scaling global supply chain operations. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry Connections: An established, active professional network within major Tier-1 foundries. 

• Technical Foundation: Prior hands-on engineering experience in the semiconductor industry (such as Process Integration or Product Engineering) to facilitate deeper, technically rigorous negotiations.
