We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can thrive in a fast-changing environment and drive plans into reality. In this role, you will build efficient operating rhythms and processes, work closely with manufacturing partners, and support the growth of junior PMs within the team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new product development (NPD) programs, including execution, schedule tracking, and cost control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and resource coordination, driving NPI-to-MP implementation with solid risk management, quality oversight, and continuous process improvement.
• Drive issue clarification and root-cause analysis; coordinate material/supplier actions; lead quality improvements and customer requirement responses.
• Establish and refine cross-team operating mechanisms to ensure smooth product lifecycle management from kick-off, mass production shipment, through EOL.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or NPI-related experience in the electronics industry.
• ME/EE or related educational background.
• Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
