Responsibilities｜

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed test plans and scripts for new hardware platforms, embedded systems, and network features.
• Execute and maintain both automated and manual tests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and regressions, working with developers to fix issues.
• Advocate for quality at all stages of the development process.
• Actively identify quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and communicate with teams located in different geographical regions.

Requirements｜

• Experience developing scripts and tools using Python, Linux shell, etc.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of PC BIOS, IPMI, and Unix operating system concepts including bootloaders, kernels, init systems, system services, and process management.
• Experience with version control systems like SVN and collaboration tools such as Bugzilla or Jira.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, computer networking protocols, and Internet topologies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and execute on high-level directives.
