Summary
Lead global quality governance and build a data-driven, prevention-first quality culture across regions. Standardize Ways of Working, track performance via KPI dashboards, raise customer satisfaction and supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement. Define annual quality goals and a long-term roadmap, manage major risks/escalations, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Lead the Quality team with integrity and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Govern global WoW and ensure consistent execution across regions
- Build KPI dashboards to monitor CS, supplier performance, and risk prevention
- Benchmark regional metrics and drive data-based improvements
- Analyze major risks/escalations and recommend preventive actions to leadership
- Set annual quality goals and long-term roadmap
- Build CI mechanisms (lessons learned / knowledge library) and quality awareness
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Quality team as a role model
Requirements
- 10+ years in quality management (manufacturing preferred)
- Willing to travel as needed
- APQP/PPAP experience in NPI and engineering change processes
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent (IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3)
- Bachelor’s degree in IE/Management, Statistics, or related fields
- Six Sigma Green Belt+ is a plus
