Responsibilities
- Quality Analysis & Planning – Conduct quality analysis, develop quality control plans, design quality control charts, and establish quality checkpoints for each production stage.
- Process Quality Assurance – Define control procedures and necessary tools to ensure effective quality control throughout the production process and final inspections.
- Quality Issue Resolution – Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct in-depth analysis of quality issues, oversee the implementation of corrective actions, and continuously optimize product quality.
- Quality Goal Monitoring & Improvement – Continuously track the progress of all quality objectives and implement necessary improvement measures when required.
- Quality Documentation Management – Maintain and control product related quality documents and records to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Team Management & Development – Effectively organize, train, and manage the quality team to enhance team members’ skills and sense of responsibility.
- Customer Quality Management – Independently handle customer interactions, address quality concerns, and fulfill customer requirements to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality control, with management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in IATF 16949 quality management systems; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to handle quality-related challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to engage in direct discussions with customers in English.
