Responsibilities|
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure regular communication.
- Assess and determine the specific parts or products required by customers.
- Engage with customers to verify and confirm their needs and requirements.

- Prepare and diligently follow up on complex and high-value quotations.
- Actively promote and sell company’s products and services.
- Seek out opportunities for upselling to maximize revenue.
Requirements|
- With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Capable of building long-term relationships with partners and customers.
- Demonstrates strong commercial insight.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Organized, efficient, self-driven, and outgoing.
- Utilize relevant business tools and systems, including CRM, ERP, Microsoft Power BI, and Office applications.
