Responsibilities|
- Implement both short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet defined business objectives and targets.
- Monitor and execute the customer-specific plans for designated accounts.
- Stay aligned with the customer strategies for assigned key accounts, following established guidelines and coaching.
- Pursue customer-centric account strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop a solid understanding of market trends and business insights to identify growth potential and analyze competitive dynamics to support expansion.
- Contribute to market research efforts, including supply chain monitoring, competitive analysis, and identifying market potential. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, distribution) to support sales growth and meet objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements|
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience in the Chemical or Electronics industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments and functions.
- Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Quick to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
- Effective problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes under supervision.
- Committed to driving business growth and achieving set goals.
- Self-motivated with an open mindset and a diligent work ethic.
- Native Mandarin speaker is essential; fluency in English (reading and writing) is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
