Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for cloud solutions; expand enterprise client base and drive ecosystem partnerships with ISVs and system integrators.
- Maintain strong engagement with cloud hyperscalers (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) to secure resources, co-selling opportunities, and marketing funds.
- Lead and manage a sales team and be responsible for performance setting, talent development, and daily operations.
- Work closely with solution architects, marketing, and product teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive key customer proposals, pricing strategies, and bid processes for large-scale opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and sales pipeline regularly; identify process improvements to meet revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in IT or cloud services; experienced direct engagement with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven leadership in managing and growing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of cloud business models and ability to independently grow enterprise accounts.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience working across departments.
- Proficient in English (able to conduct meetings and presentations with global vendors).
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a strong plus.
