Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the division’s business strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Company objectives, including business planning and target setting.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, tailoring central Business Units’ strategies to fit local market dynamics while operating within approved budgets.
- Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitor analyses to inform sales strategies and market segmentation, securing and expanding market share.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets, closely tracking performance against key objectives and financial targets.
- Collaborate with both local and central Business Units within the company to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.
- Actively contribute to the Company management team, fostering continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations, and cultivating a transparent, inclusive, and safe work environment.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear directions and expectations, ensuring alignment with divisional strategy and performance goals.
- Mentor, develop, and motivate direct reports to strengthen core competencies within the division, while fostering a culture of coaching and leadership development.
- Strategically allocate and optimize resources to maximize results, leveraging synergies to enhance overall performance, and effectively managing sales channels.
- Lead change management efforts to adapt to evolving market demands and drive transformation within the Sales Company.
- Support and execute corporate and local projects as required, ensuring successful implementation and business growth.
Requirements
- 10 years or above sales experience with at least 4 years team management experience.
- With a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Proven sales track record and leadership management experience.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Capable of building long-term relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
