Responsibilities
- Oversee the Western Europe markets, driving quarterly business reviews with partners, including strategy alignment, incentive programs, and demand/supply planning.
- Collaborate with regional offices across Europe and internal functional teams to achieve sales objectives, secure new business opportunities and tenders, and strengthen existing partnerships through tailored solutions.
- Analyze sales performance and market data to develop actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts for distributors and local offices to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize sales workflows and improve data accuracy through automation tools.
- Regularly visit customers and local teams to reinforce relationships and gather market intelligence.
Requirements
- 7 years or above of experience in the notebook or industrial PC
- Background in project handling, channel development, or key account management is advantageous.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of executing plans effectively.
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working in multinational environments.
