Senior Hardware PM

Summary

A global technology company delivering integrated digital platforms and connected device solutions for service-based commerce environments. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hardware program execution while ensuring regulatory and product compliance readiness across international markets. Acting as the central coordinator between engineering, manufacturing, and governance functions, you will enable timely product launches and scalable operational processes. You will play a critical role in aligning technical development with compliance frameworks to support high-quality device deployments worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional hardware development programs from concept through mass production and launch
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans to ensure on-schedule execution
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners (ODM/JDM) to track build status, validation progress, and production readiness
• Drive global regulatory and certification activities, ensuring devices meet regional compliance requirements
• Establish and maintain compliance processes, documentation, and governance controls
• Partner with engineering, product, supply chain, and legal stakeholders to align on launch readiness
• Monitor program risks, communicate trade-offs, and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including qualification, documentation, and release milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in hardware program management, NPI, or product development environments
• Hands-on experience managing regulatory compliance and certification for electronic devices
• Familiarity with electromechanical or mobile computing hardware systems
• Strong project management capabilities, including risk tracking and cross-functional coordination
• Working knowledge of product development lifecycles using structured methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions
