Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and self-driven Senior Operations Program Manager to play a key role in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and product delivery. This role will coordinate and execute both short-term and long-term supply strategies to ensure efficient production processes and proactively address changing market and supply chain conditions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, driving alignment across multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
The position requires experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), particularly within the consumer electronics or similar industry, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive efficient production plans, ensuring timely delivery across multiple manufacturers and suppliers.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams (Supply, Demand Planning, Logistics, Quality, etc.) and external partners to develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies that meet product requirements.
- Support New Product Introduction efforts, including manufacturing guidance, demand forecasting, ramp-up planning, risk assessments, and operational readiness.
- Accurately execute the supply plan, ensuring that orders and production guidance are provided within appropriate lead times and aligned with shipping efficiency.
- Provide regular written and verbal communication to leadership regarding project progress and potential issues.
- Facilitate information flow across teams to ensure alignment and support manufacturing and operational execution.
- Monitor components and materials across a 12-month rolling production cycle, ensuring they are clear to build, and escalate any shortages to production.
- Ensure timely and complete product shipments, meeting all purchase order quantities and specifications.
- Track SKU cost changes from manufacturers or OEMs and address any cost discrepancies or increases.
- Introduce and implement industry best practices to improve the overall efficiency of the hardware operations team.
- Travel as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management, product or program management, product marketing, or business development.
- Strong end-to-end product delivery experience, including supply plan execution and New Product Introduction.
- Experience in managing clear-to-build factory requirements.
- Extensive experience in consumer electronics operations, covering the full product lifecycle (from concept to end-of-life).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to derive insights and drive decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and navigate a dynamic environment.
