Responsibilities
- A significant portion of your first 6–12 months will be defining, coordinating, and executing the Terminal release management process.
- Orchestrating across multiple teams (engineering, product, go-to-market and Design) and domains to finalize, bundle, and ship software changes
- Working hands-on with application, SDK, and API platform teams to release new API versions, SDKs in every supported language, and related software assets
- Ensuring safe, controlled rollouts of updated software components
- Partnering with the Terminal team to timely update product documentation, integration guides, API references, migration guides, and changelogs
- Collaborating closely with the product development team owning a release to clearly and effectively communicate changes to existing and prospective users
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in software engineering and technical program management
- Proven track record of leading programs through the full software development lifecycle (from kick-off to launch), demonstrating strong critical thinking and technical leadership
- Comfortable operating autonomously while leading large, cross-functional, cross-time-zone initiatives involving diverse disciplines
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
