Summary
As a Sourcer, you will support recruiters in identifying and engaging top talent across various industries. Your role involves proactive candidate sourcing, initial screening, and coordination to ensure a smooth recruitment process. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both Chinese and English to effectively collaborate with candidates and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Market Research:
- Search for potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Develop and apply sourcing strategies based on job and industry requirements.
- Research market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
- Candidate Engagement & Screening:
- Contact candidates via phone, email, or messaging to introduce job opportunities.
- Assess candidate suitability and maintain accurate records.
- Recruitment Support:
- Recommend suitable candidates to recruiters.
- Assist in interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Provide timely candidate updates.
Requirements|
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology preferred).
- Language: Proficiency in Chinese and English.
- Experience: Internship or exposure to HR, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.
