Summary
Our client is a global technology company with strong capabilities in server platforms, rack-scale systems, and data center solutions.
The Taiwan team plays a critical role in rack integration, system validation, and pilot production, supporting global customers and large-scale infrastructure deployments.
This role offers hands-on exposure to rack-level server integration, cross-functional collaboration with program and engineering teams, and opportunities to support international customer deployments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prepare rack components for integration into sample builds and small-quantity projects.
- Support rack system integration activities, including hardware installation and cabling.
- Troubleshoot production and system issues, including failure analysis and test method improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers on BOM creation, rack design, material preparation, and SOP development.
- Assist in developing test procedures and executing product testing and validation.
- Improve rack system quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Support rack solution execution and verification with engineering teams.
- Assist customer integration requests, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in rack server, server system, or data center-related roles.
- Solid understanding of server and data center architecture and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with server installation, rack integration, and cabling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with interest in rack-level system troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to work proactively under tight schedules and constraints.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency for technical communication.
- Willingness to travel internationally and support overseas assignments if required.
