Supply Chain Manager

Summary

A leading multinational manufacturing group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join its plant leadership team in Southern Taiwan. This role will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management. The Supply Chain Manager will be a key business partner across functions, driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and world-class customer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and execution across procurement, logistics, inventory, and production planning.
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, customer service, finance, and program teams to align demand and supply.
• Optimize inventory and materials flow, balancing customer requirements, cost targets, and profitability goals.
• Develop supplier partnerships, implement sourcing strategies, and drive continuous cost improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team with strong accountability and metrics-driven culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand-supply alignment, and international sourcing.
• Proven track record in cost optimization, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English for global/regional coordination.
