Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across trading, quantitative research, engineering, and global support teams
- Design hiring approaches that draw from both established financial talent pools and emerging crypto / Web3 communities
- Actively engage potential candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels such as open-source and niche professional networks
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements and ensure interview processes effectively assess both technical skill and cultural alignment
- Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and platforms to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor recruiting performance and use data to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or digital asset trading organizations
- Demonstrated success recruiting for trading, research, or investment-related positions
- Background in technical hiring (e.g., engineers or blockchain specialists) is a plus, but not required
- Strong knowledge of financial or crypto talent markets, including hiring trends and compensation structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Comfortable working with metrics and analytics to guide hiring decisions.
