Summary
A MNC fabless semiconductor company with a strong track record in delivering high-performance solutions for leading global consumer electronics brands. They are currently expanding our leadership team in Taiwan to support regional growth and enhance global alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire regional sales organization, including direct sales, FAEs, and customer support functions.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue, design win, and customer growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key accounts including OEMs, ODMs, and strategic partners across consumer, mobile, and computing segments.
- Work closely with global sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align Taiwan market initiatives with worldwide business goals.
- Monitor and respond to market trends, competitor movements, and customer requirements specific to the Taiwan ecosystem.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reporting to global leadership.
- Act as a regional spokesperson and senior executive presence for headquarters when engaging with high-profile customers or partners in Taiwan.
- Serve as the primary communication channel between the Taiwan region and global headquarters to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution across business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Business or related discipline; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 15 years or above of experience in semiconductor industry, with minimum 5 years in director-level sales roles within fabless IC design companies.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan’s semiconductor customer landscape, especially in consumer electronics and system OEM/ODM markets.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading sales organizations in high-growth or competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Experience working within global matrix structures and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven, result-oriented, and highly strategic with a customer-first mindset.
